After struggling through the first 3 months of the season with barely enough water …we are now in surplus!
24 hours of steady rain have filled the burns and the spring is flowing well.
Brightening now and hopefully we will have a reasonable afternoon.
Only a week to go to the abseil!! The tower will be closed for tours next Saturday at least until 4:30pm as we have about 70 people doing the abseil . Allowing for some nervous abseilers it will take us about 6 hours to get all the abseils done.We will do a couple of tours after 4:30 for anyone who has travelled a distance and is keen to go up the tower
